Fried Egg Noodle - Bakmi Goreng

Ingredients: For 4 Persons

5 cups of water
1 lb. fresh egg noodles
3 Tbs. Vegetable oil
2 shallots, thin-sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup thin-sliced boneless chicken/beef/pork
½ lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut into ½-inch pieces
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces

* 1 kg of wet egg noodles / fresh, ready to buy

Topping:

* 150 g green cabbage, cut into 3 cm, boiled briefly
* 150 g of bean sprouts, cleaned

Traditional-style Fried Suun

Material:

* 300 gr suun china
* 2 fruit hioko mushrooms, soaked warm water, cut into pieces
* 1 / 4 tsp soy sauce
* 1 / 4 tsp sugar
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
* 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
* 3 spring onions, sliced thin
* 2 tablespoons dried shrimp, soaked and sliced

Shrimp soup noodles

Serves for 2

Material:
200 grams of rice noodles, brewed hot water, drained
200 grams prawns, peeled, reserving tails
3 fruit ear fungus, scalded, sliced roughly
1 plum tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 leek, sliced
1 tablespoon onion
1 tablespoon celery, sliced
500 cc of water
Cooking oil to taste

Material:
Wet noodle 400 gr
200 gr cabbage
2 pcs tomatoes
3 tsp chives
2 tsp coriander leaves
400 gr chicken
4 tbsp cooking oil
1.5 ltr chicken broth (from boiled chicken before frying).

FRIED NOODLES - BIHUN GORENG

Ingredients :

1 packet rice noodles ~ soak till soften then drained the water Garlic ~ crushed Chicken or prawns Fish balls (I don't have fish balls, so I omit this) Enough water 2 Chicken cubes Vegetables to your liking eg. carrots, chinese cabbage, celery Salt to taste (I didn't put any) Oil for cooking
