Shrimp Soup Noodles

Serves for 2

Material:
  1. 200 grams of rice noodles, brewed hot water, drained
  2. 200 grams prawns, peeled, reserving tails
  3. 3 fruit ear fungus, scalded, sliced roughly
  4. 1 plum tomatoes, cut into pieces
  5. 1 leek, sliced
  6. 1 tablespoon onion
  7. 1 tablespoon celery, sliced
  8. 500 cc of water
Cooking oil to taste
  • 5 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 eggs hazelnut
How to make:
  • Puree onion, garlic, pepper powder and hazelnut
  • Heat oil in a skillet, saute the spice mixture until fragrant.
  • Enter the meatballs, cook until the meatballs change color. Pour water, cook until boiling.
  • Enter your ear mushrooms, tomatoes, and scallions. Cook all ingredients until done.
  • Tata vermicelli, flush with shrimp sauce.
  • Sprinkle the fried onions, celery. Serve hot.
