Traditional-style Fried Suun

Material:

* 300 gr suun china
* 2 fruit hioko mushrooms, soaked warm water, cut into pieces
* 1 / 4 tsp soy sauce
* 1 / 4 tsp sugar
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
* 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
* 3 spring onions, sliced thin
* 2 tablespoons dried shrimp, soaked and sliced

* 1 / 2 carrots, thinly sliced lengthwise, boiled minutes
* 1 / 2 tbsp salt
* 1 / 4 tablespoon pepper
* 1 / 4 tsp soy sauce
* 1 / 4 teaspoon mushroom soy sauce
* 250 cc chicken broth
* 50 gr peas, boiled 1 min
* 1 egg omelette, thinly sliced lengthwise
* Spices seasoning, if desired

How to Make:

* Suun Soak for 10 minutes. Remove and drain. Scissors 10 cm
