Material:
- Ready wet noodle
- 1 / 2 chicken
- Cabbage, cut into rough
- Bh 4 tomatoes, roughly sliced
- 3 pcs hard-boiled eggs, slivered 2]
- 3 tsp green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp finely sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1 / 2 ltr of water
- 5 garlic
- 5 pecans, toasted
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper

- Soak the chicken in lemon juice for about 15 minutes, then wash, drain.
- Cook chicken over low heat until just tender. Remove the chicken, fried until brown, then suwir-suwir.
- Saute seasoning mixture until fragrant, then add to the broth.
- Add the soy sauce and chicken suwir. Bring to a boil.
- Add the tomatoes and cabbage, cook until just wilted.
