Java boiled noodles - Bakmi Rebus Jawa

Ready wet noodle
1 / 2 chicken
Cabbage, cut into rough
Bh 4 tomatoes, roughly sliced
3 pcs hard-boiled eggs, slivered 2

3 tsp green onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp finely sliced celery
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1 / 2 ltr of water

Subtle seasoning:
5 garlic
5 pecans, toasted
1 / 2 tsp pepper

Fried onion
Chili sauce

How to make:

* Soak the chicken in lemon juice for about 15 minutes, then wash, drain.
* Cook chicken over low heat until just tender. Remove the chicken, fried until brown, then suwir-suwir.
* Saute seasoning mixture until fragrant, then add to the broth.
* Add the soy sauce and chicken suwir. Bring to a boil.
* Add the tomatoes and cabbage, cook until just wilted.
* Last enter the noodles, scallions and celery.
* Remove. Serve immediately along with other supplementary materials.
