Traditional-style Fried Suun

Material:

* 300 gr suun china
* 2 fruit hioko mushrooms, soaked warm water, cut into pieces

* 1 / 4 tsp sugar

* 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
* 3 spring onions, sliced thin
* 2 tablespoons dried shrimp, soaked and sliced
* 1 / 2 carrots, thinly sliced lengthwise, boiled minutes

* 1 / 4 tablespoon pepper
* 1 / 4 tsp soy sauce

How to Make:

Shrimp Soup Noodles

Serves for 2

Material:
  1. 200 grams of rice noodles, brewed hot water, drained
